How it works.
You pick the agreements you need. We ask you some questions. We provide you your documents, hosted in a secure environment. You pay a monthly rental on each agreement. We own the IP and we take care of keeping it fresh and legit. Its the meeting of cloud and law. And you save.
Who's behind it.
We are qualified, experienced Australian lawyers that have advised in, run and invested in startups. General Standards isn't a law firm (but will be soon) so any advice is provided through our full service commercial law firm (only $99 per hour).
What it costs.
There is an annual fee of $99. Then you pay per document you use - for example, a shareholder agreement is $10 per month. Everything else is only $5. If you want to use a lot of them, you can access everything for only $49 per month. Each document has a minimum 'lease' term of 12 months.
